Meanwhile, India held back a strategy to impose a covering ban on single-use plastics as it was seen as a measure as well turbulent for market at a time when India is handling a financial slowdown and also job losses, authorities informed Reuters on Tuesday.

In a tweet on Wednesday, India’s environment ministry however, denied that it had actually prepared to provide a ban.
